We carry a good selection of railway books both new and used, hardcover and soft. We also carry most model railway ‘how to’ books by Kalmbach and others, as well as all current railway and model railway magazines such as Trains, Model Railroader, Branchline, and more.

On our DVD rack you’ll find everything from Canadian steam to modern diesels to modeling guides, Hollywood movies with railway themes, and of course Thomas the Tank Engine.

What’s new this week

Updated November 25, 2024. We have lots of new goodies arriving for Christmas, but …… thanks to the postal strike they are sitting somewhere! The only new item we have at this time are the new Walthers CPR coil cars in HO. So fingers crossed sane heads will prevail and Christmas will be OK after all. Meanwhile we still have lots of stock in all scales as well as books, DVD’s, railway artifacts, and more. So there is something in the store for everyone, don’t worry. Christmas will get here, you can tell by the snow that’s coming down here today! .
